What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an individual who has:
experience of working with children throughout the EYFS and Primary setting
excellent communication skills
good literacy and numeracy skills and can use these to support children in their learning
the ability to work with individuals or with small groups to implement learning activities
a caring and empathetic approach
a creative nature and a sense of fun
the ability to work as part of a team as well as the ability to use their own initiative
