Trust Facilities Manager job summary
Beacon Multi-Academy Trust is located in the London Borough of Redbridge. Established since 2014, we are committed to high expectations, inclusive practice and successful outcomes for all.
We are seeking to appoint a Trust Facilities Manager that is proactive and committed to making a difference across the Trust. The BMAT Trust Facilities Manager will be responsible for all matters relating to facilities services working in liaison with the BMAT Trust Services Manager, Finance Director and site staff across the Trust.
The qualified candidate should be a proven team player who is resilient and confident in decision making. The individual must be innovative, able to work under pressure, possess an eye for detail and be able to motivate others. This position deals with a wide variety of people and therefore requires sound communication, strong organisation and interpersonal skills.

Beal High School is a coeducational secondary school and sixth form with academy status, located in Redbridge, Greater London, England.
The school begins at Year 7 and continues with compulsory schooling through Year 11. Years 12 and 13 form the optional sixth form. In 2014, a business hub and media block were added. The school also has a Communications and Learning Department (CLD Unit) for students on the autistic spectrum.
Beal High School is also the sponsor of The Forest Academy (formerly Hainault Forest High School),[2] and the Beacon Business Innovation Hub (BBIH). These schools, alongside the autistic provision form the Beacon Multi Academy Trust.
