What skills and experience we're looking for
- be an enthusiastic teacher with a passion for learning
- be hard-working and have high expectations of themselves and the children in their care
- possess excellent professional knowledge and understanding, including of recent developments in the curriculum, and of a range of pedagogical approaches to raise attainment
- be able to fulfil the role of Form Tutor, adopting a holistic oversight of students
- demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of collegiality
- be committed to the whole life of the school
