What skills and experience we're looking for
The role:
Heritage High School are looking to appoint an inspirational Teacher to join a committed and hardworking team, teaching Design and Technology to all key stages. This role is perfect for an individual who is committed to students’ learning and ensuring they each achieve their full potential by consistently delivering engaging lessons. The successful candidate will join a team of effective, hardworking professionals, committed to providing an outstanding education for all students. The ideal candidate will join the popular subject and help to develop and motivate students to gain their best outcomes.
The person:
We are looking to appoint an excellent teacher who has a real passion for their subject area with the drive to improving the outcomes of students at all key stages. They will be organised, able to plan ahead and have the ability to develop an engaging curriculum, continuing to develop the established success of the popular subject and department. They will have creative ideas and set challenges that motivate students both inside and outside the classroom.
We are looking for someone whose specialism is Food Technology and Product Design. You will have a genuine desire to help and support our young people and be able to teach all key stages. They will be enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for teaching and learning.

Heritage High School is a thriving 11-16 comprehensive school in the heart of our community.
