What skills and experience we're looking for

The Site Manager is responsible for the safety, security and cleanliness of the school premises, checking cleanliness and tidiness, looking for damage and items needing repair. Actioning minor repairs to school grounds and buildings. Ensuring the site and grounds are safe for students, visitors and staff.

Personal Qualities:

We are looking for teachers who have:

  • Has previous experience of Site Management/Building Management
  • Is able to repair basic items using machinery, ie drills, grinders, pressure washers or floor polishers
  • Has the ability to communicate with outside agencies either verbally or written
  • Understands the requirement of storing cleaning items (COSHH)
  • Can work unsupervised and has the ability to prioritise their own workload
