What skills and experience we're looking for
About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Bridge Academy Trust Central HR Team. You will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective recruitment service to all schools. This will involve co-ordinating with schools to ensure recruitment campaigns are launched in a timely manner using the correct platforms to attract the best candidates. The Recruitment Co-Ordinator will also be responsible for onboarding new employees by collating new starter documentation, drafting contracts, inputting data onto the HR and Payroll systems and quality assuring information.
We are seeking to appoint an individual who has:
- A passion for accuracy and attention to detail
- Good time management with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- A high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent data input skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office including Word and Excel
- Knowledge of employment law such as Right to Work
- Experience in recruitment would be advantageous but not essential.
Work Schedule:
Full time, Permanent
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
