What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced Early Years practitioner who is

  • Dedicated to giving our youngest children a stimulating and nurturing start to their school lives
  • Well-versed in the EYFS framework, baseline assessment, phonics and early reading
  • Committed to raising attainment through creative and innovative teaching
  • Able to inspire, motivate and challenge the potential of all in our school community
  • Able to work collaboratively with their counter part-time colleague to provide a consistent level of provision, care and communication
  • An enthusiastic, energetic and flexible team member
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively in shared pursuit of the goals of the school
  • Able to embody the Christian values of the school of Love, Compassion and Respect, and motivated by supporting the well-being of every child.

This is a three day per week role as part of a job share. The specific days to be worked are negotiable.
