Raising Standards Leader job summary

The Trust requires an enthusiastic and dynamic Raising Standards Leader to lead the academic and personal development of our students. The post will require the successful candidate to lead one of our three vertical House groups, which includes students from Year 7 to 11. In addition to supporting students, a primary focus will be to track the progress and interventions for Lower School (Years 7 & 8) and Upper School (Years 9, 10 & 11) students.

The role will involve working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team, other Raising Standards Leaders, Pastoral Managers and Tutors to raise the aspirations of our students, allowing them to fulfil our aim to ‘be the best you can be.’

The role provides the opportunity for an outstanding teacher with the vision and ambition to help shape the future success of the Academy. It is anticipated the post will provide the successful candidate with an excellent platform from which to move on to a senior leadership post if desired.
