We are seeking an inspirational and adaptable Learning Assistant to join us to support our children and young people.
The ideal Learning Assistant will reinforce the excellent work of the teaching staff by supporting individuals or small groups both within and outside of the classroom environment. You will be a professional role model to the pupils, with the confidence to challenge and the creativity to motivate.
You will be:
• keen to learn with a positive outlook
• able to work on your own initiative
• experienced in working with children
• able to work as part of a team
• willing to undertake training
• enthusiastic and have the skills to challenge and motivate all our pupils.
You will be joining a passionate group of colleagues who strive to achieve the best outcomes for pupils in all aspects of their lives.
Experience of working with children with challenging behaviour would be an advantage. The role will involve either working one to one or in a group basis.
