What skills and experience we're looking for

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team. This post is for a KS1 class teacher with a TLR 2 responsibility for Progress and Attainment in key stage 1 along with whole school Assessment. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and compassionate leader. Someone who can demonstrate excellent classroom practice across the curriculum and who:

  • has high expectations for all pupils’ achievement and behaviour
  • recognises high-quality teaching and learning across the phase
  • is able to work effectively with and lead a team
  • is keen to develop themselves and colleagues within the team professionally
  • has a passion for teaching and learning in key stage 1
  • is willing to contribute to the life of the school and its community
