We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Head Teacher who will enable our pupils to achieve their full potential and contribute to the essential Christian ethos of the school.
We are looking for a Head Teacher who:
* is a proven leader and good communicator;
* will work with and lead the established leadership team and staff to enhance the school community;
* will build upon our children’s high attainment; and
* will embrace the opportunities available to the school for further development.

Essential educational requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (B.Ed/T.Cert /PGCE);
Senior leadership experience in a primary education environment and a proven ability to raise school performance;
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and an ability to interact successfully with a range of people;
A strong commitment to teamwork, delegation and collaboration;
Ability to evaluate and use complex data to continually improve standards;
Demonstrates high levels of integrity, empathy and tact in their approach to work;
Self-motivated with a high level of organisational skills and the ability to prioritise;
Displays energy, drive, commitment and enthusiasm;
Strong commitment to supporting and strengthening the values of the school.
Essential leadership of learning
Can clearly articulate their vision of outstanding learning and teaching;
Demonstrable record of raising child attainment;
Commitment to school-led development, including an ability to set ambitious targets and engage in critical self-analysis;
Has a clear vision of school-led development through delivery of an innovative curriculum that promotes academic achievement and fosters a love of learning;
Ability to develop whole school curriculum and support staff to deliver it;
Understanding of the importance of nurturing activities in underpinning the development of children;
Ability to focus and motivate staff around a strong Christian ethos, vision and shared goals;
Experience of teaching in more than one key stage.

Experience of working in collaboration and/or partnership with internal and external stakeholders, other educational bodies and the wider community.
