We would like to appoint an ambitious, energetic and highly collaborative Head of Academy who has the enthusiasm and appetitie to uphold the schools’ community ethos, in line with the vision and values of the trust board. Strong and committed leadership is vital to the success of the trust and our work as a regional system leader.
This post is an opportunity for an exceptional strategic leader looking either to extend their experience of headship, or start their first headship in a highly collegiate and rewarding environment. Accountable to the CEO, Northern Star Academies Trust, the Head of Academy will take full responsibility for the leadership of the school, consolidating our achievements and then building on these to new heights of excellence.
